Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Paramed Tattoo 1. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate and complete information, including relevant medical history. Failure to disclose medical conditions, skin disorders, or any other factors that may affect the procedure is solely the client’s responsibility. 2. Healing and Aftercare Clients acknowledge that proper healing requires adherence to the aftercare instructions provided. Paramed Tattoo is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from poor aftercare, including infections, fading, or suboptimal results. 3. Limitation of Liability Paramed Tattoo and its staff are not liable for any complications, dissatisfaction, or negative reactions resulting from the procedure, including but not limited to allergic reactions, scarring, pigment fading, or undesired outcomes. 4. Pigment and Procedure Risks Clients understand that pigment colors may vary depending on skin tone, texture, age, sun exposure, and other factors. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and results will differ from client to client. 5. No Guarantees While we aim for the best possible result, Paramed Tattoo does not guarantee specific outcomes. Some skin types may retain pigment better than others. Results may require multiple sessions to achieve the desired effect. 6. Indemnification Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paramed Tattoo and its staff from any and all claims, losses, or damages arising from services rendered. 7. Photography Consent Clients consent to photographs being taken before, during, and after their procedure. These photos may be used for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes, with prior client approval. 8. Model Portfolio Use Clients who book under the model rate consent to the use of their photographs for educational and marketing purposes across all platforms used by Paramed Tattoo. 9. Cancellation Policy Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in the loss of deposit. For rescheduling within 24 hours, 50% of the service fee must be paid before booking a new appointment. 10. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable once performed. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued based on individual healing or dissatisfaction with the final result. 11.
